Sitting face to face with your existing and potential partners is undoubtedly the most effective way of getting your business done. Conqueror Freight Network brings you a once in a year opportunity to reinforce your personal relationship with trustworthy partners from all over the world.

Despite the ever-increasing use of new modes of communication such as video calls, emails, and online chatting, a vast majority of entrepreneurs still prefer one to one meetings for enhancing the efficiency of their meeting. One-to-one meetings are deemed ideal for engaging and winning over your partners and are often known to lead to smarter decision making. Instead of spending weeks over emailing and video conferencing, you can always choose to hash out the details of your project within less than 20 minutes by sitting face to face with your partner.

Moreover, face-to-face communication helps to bring a sense of community within the network enabling all our agents to socialize and interact which in turn lays the foundation for trust and a better working relationship.

Preparation for One to One meetings

In order for everyone to get the most out of each meeting, all delegates should have the following with them:

  1. Business cards (minimum 130)
  2. Company brochures (20-25)
  3. Information regarding the services you offer and where you operate (perhaps in an electronic presentation)
  4. Statistics about your company. Eg: Number of shipments from/to

In addition to the above, each delegate should do his/her homework about the agent he/she is having the meeting with. Think about why you are having the meeting, what do you want to know about them and vice versa.

Following the above steps will ensure that each meeting is profitable for both parties.
