This year’s event will bring maritime leaders together in Gdańsk to discuss the future of global trade

Conqueror Freight Network is a media partner of the Baltic Ports Conference 2025, organized by the Baltic Ports Organization and hosted by the Port of Gdańsk. The event will take place from 6 to 8 October during the 23rd International Maritime and Military Fair BALTEXPO 2025.

The Port of Gdańsk, one of the fastest-growing European ports of the last decade, will serve as the backdrop for discussions on some of the most pressing challenges and opportunities facing the maritime industry. Topics will include strategies for adapting to rapid market changes, implementing pro-environmental solutions, strengthening security across the maritime sector, and exploring the future of seaports in an evolving global trade landscape.

Held alongside BALTEXPO, a key meeting point for the maritime economy and military sector in Central and Eastern Europe for over 40 years, the BPC remains the flagship annual event of the Baltic Ports Organization. It brings together port authorities, industry leaders, and logistics professionals to collaborate on improving shipping opportunities across the Baltic Sea region.

This year marks BPC’s return to an in-person format after last year’s online edition. Hosted by the Port of Gdynia, the conference will explore key topics currently shaping the maritime industry. Discussions will focus on recent geopolitical shifts and their impact on energy security and trade in the Baltic Sea region, as well as Europe’s ongoing efforts to make the transport sector more sustainable through initiatives like the European Green Deal and the Fit for 55 package. These critical issues will take center stage in Gdynia this September.
