Customer Appreciation Day – A special event by Conqueror Ulaan Baatar to promote customer relationships

Tuushin LLC, Conqueror member in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia, successfully concluded a special event to appreciate the role of their clients in their company’s success. Held on the 21st of April, 2023, at the Tuushin Best Western Hotel, the event welcomed over 200 customers of Tuushin.

Bayarsaikhan Lunden, the Head of Tuushin LLC’s Sales Department, says that the main objective of this event was to “report to our customers the work we have done in the past while also furnishing information about future projects. Additionally, an event like this allowed us to work more closely with our clients and listen to their ideas and opinions.”

“This event was last held in 2018, and in the future, Tuushin has decided to organize “Customers’ Day” every year in order to foster enhanced client engagement,” continues Mr Lunden. On the occasion of this special event, they organized a musical performance for the customers which was followed by dinner, and warm conversations. Additionally, the company gave its customers small gifts and surprises with a lottery.

Conqueror UlaanBaatar successfully organizes the delivery of two units of EC-145 helicopters

The EC-145 helicopters were supplied for the project “Air Rescue Units and Supply of Helicopters to the Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency – NEMA”

Tuushin LLC, Conqueror member in Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia, delivered two EC-145 helicopters under special pandemic circumstances. They handed over the shipment to the Mongolian National Emergency Management Agency. “This has been a very honourable project for our team and we are happy to have executed it successfully. NEMA will reestablish the air rescue units within the project framework as mentioned above. Moreover, we believe that the EC-145 helicopters will make significant progress in search and rescue operations,” says Bayarsaikhan Lunden, the Head of Sales Department of Tuushin.

They moved this sea freight shipment from Antwerp, Belgium, to Ulaan Baatar, Mongolia, via Xingang, China. In addition, the Tuushin team used 40’FR container for ocean and air suspension trailer throughout the trucking process. Additionally, they were responsible for several aspects of this project including customs clearance, trans-loading, unloading on ground.

Mr. Lunden further adds, “We had to execute the entire process before the Chinese May Day holidays. This is why we had to complete the China border procedures such as transit customs clearance within one hour before border closure due to the long holiday break. This shipment was indeed a complex one but the experience and expertise of our team enabled us to execute the project without any problem!”

Conqueror Ulaanbaatar creates a modern and well equipped warehouse

This 3000 square meters warehouse is the recent addition to their warehouse facilities which cover a total area of 3.5 hectares in Bayangol district

Tuushin LLC, the Conqueror member in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, has added to their existing warehouse facilities by creating a 3000 square meters warehouse. The new warehouse is equipped with all the modern amenities such as fire extinguisher sprinkler system and electrical and thermal heating. “We are providing services like distribution, delivery, storage, loading, unloading, sticking labels and tags on goods, customs clearance and much more from our warehouse facilities.” says Mr. Bayarsaikhan Lunden, the Director of the Sales Department of Tuushin LLC.

Tuushin LLC presently has a total of 8778 square meters of customs bonded warehouse space. Mr. Lunden adds, “Our terminal and logistics center has 10 well equipped warehouses. Our operations are held on 3.5 hectares of area in Bayangol district. Being the very first international freight forwarders from our country, we aim to contribute vastly to the innovation in logistical processes and the development of our nation.”

CQR Ulaanbaatar is celebrating its 30th Anniversary!

They have also modernized their website and created a new cargo tracking app for their customers

Tuushin LLC, Conqueror member in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, is celebrating its 30th Anniversary. Our CQR member in Ulaanbaatar is the very first Mongolian freight forwarding company which started providing international services to its customers in 1990. “In the last 30 years we have accomplished a great many things some of which include the creation of a container block train called Mongolian Vector, the implementation of international quality management standard ISO 9001:2015, and risk elimination by insurance from a number of international insurance companies.” says Mr. Bayarsaikhan Lunden, the Director of Sales Department of Tuushin LLC.

They have also revamped their existing website and created an application called Tuushin which enables their customers to track the exact location of their shipment in the course of its journey from point A to point B. The app also included a customer’s section where they can provide feedbacks and have their concerns directly resolved. “Our company makes sure to implement every technological innovation that there is without the slightest delay and this along with our several other achievements have made us the go-to freight forwarder in our territory.” adds Mr. Lunden.
