Conqueror’s 9th Annual Meeting brought together freight forwarders from more than 50 countries to Doha who got the chance to mingle and network with their logistics partners and bag new business opportunities

Conqueror Freight Network’s 9th Annual Meeting, which took place in Doha, Qatar, from 6th to 8th February 2023, has successfully concluded. The in-person freight forwarders conference that took place after a three years break because of the pandemic, allowed the network members to carry on constructive business discussions and do the groundwork for lucrative concerted projects.

On the occasion of this meeting, Conqueror created a new web app that allowed the delegates to constantly stay updated with the meeting agenda. On logging in this application the delegates could access every meeting information and check all the required information about the everyday agenda of the meeting that greatly helped the agents.

Conqueror members gathered at the Intercontinental Hotel, Doha, for three days of back-to-back networking. The event started with a desert safari to the outskirts of Doha which allowed the delegates to strike the right chord with their future business partners before the commencement of the conference. The delegates participated in almost 3000 one-to-one meetings with their chosen partners to make way for collaborative business endeavours. The Gala Dinner party was yet another meeting highlight where the members had a fantastic time over food, drinks, and live music while strengthening the bonding with their partners.

This new smart phone compatible web application will help members to effectively navigate through the agenda of Conqueror’s 9th Annual Meeting in February

Conqueror Freight Network has created a new website application that will allow the agents to seamlessly access every detail of the meeting once they reach the venue. Conqueror’s 9th Annual Meeting will take place in the Intercontinental Hotel in Doha, Qatar, from 6th to 8th February 2023.

On reaching the meeting venue, members can use this web app from their phone and log in by entering their email and password. With the help of this web application,Conqueror members will be able to browse through all the required information pertaining to the day-to-day agenda of the Annual Meeting. Moreover, this web app will place every detail about the event at their fingertips including the delegate list with the name of every delegate and the city and company they are representing, the programme and activities, some tips for travelling to Doha, etc.

This day trip in and around Doha will allow the members to to socialize in a comfortable and friendly environment before commencing the formal business meetings

Conqueror Freight Network’s 9th Annual Meeting at Doha, Qatar, to be held from 6th to 8th February 2023, will include an option group tour for the delegates and their spouses. This group tour will take the members for a desert safari ride to the picturesque sand dunes near the inland sea close to Doha.

The Day Trip will start on 6th February at 9 am. Members will be able to go for an adventurous dune bashing ride while enjoying the breathtaking view of the desert and the sea. Following the ride, members will be lunching and resting at a camp equipped with traditional Bedouin style tents. There is also the option of participating in sporting and swimming activities at the comfortable beach side camp. Members will be dropped to the hotel premises at 17:00 so that they have time for the on desk registration and attend the Welcome Cocktail reception.
